Rates

• • Regular Hourly Rate: $45

• • Minimum billed hours: 3

• • Materials: Price after Contractor’s discount +10% (the discount varies from 5-20%)                                       

• • travel time: distances that take over 30mins are billed $20/hr

• • Estimates are not exact (though they are usually close). if you want a quote I would need to base it on a significantly higher hourly rate to make up for surprises, I don’t know what’s going on inside of walls, or what surprises might come up and set everything back or ahead.

• • I do not mind at all if clients want to save by helping with clean up, having supplies ready, or giving a hand (depending on the job). Since its hourly it’s to your benefit, or I could happily do it all.
