Dec. 2021 backyard shed demolition, it is rotting away, and has become a home to birds and rodents.

Sept 2021 warped and slightly melted vinyl siding.

Sept 2021 house painted. The house had an exterior wood paneling which was cracking most connections, caulked in the cracks before painting for a nice consistent look..
Sept 2021 house painting. didn’t get many photos. I started out painting the basement suite interior, and the homeowner was very happy with the work and wanted the exterior done too.
Aug 2021 Changed another bathroom fan.to a larger newer model.
1. August 2021 Setting up for kitchen backspash.

1 Summer 2022 before picture of a basement renovation which was my main summer project.
2. Demoing, the ceiling panels all removed, next the paneling on the walls.
3. Framed along the concrete walls, had the electrician come in, then insulated and am doing the vapor barrier.
4. Got a hand to do the drywalling and brought in someone to do the mudding taping. Which I’ll do for smaller jobs but is better to have a specialist for multiple rooms.
5. The completed den, did the priming painting and trim work, someone came in to do the carpet.
6. Completed bedroom from picture one. Also did the hallway framed along the stairs to the basement and put in some extra closets with shelving around the laundry room in the hall.

August 2020 Lachi Restaurant extended pony wall, and refinished the tops. a bit messy with the stain, but the wallpaper will cover it.
